For interns who reside within commuting distance of the office, this internship will be in-person in our Manhattan offices once our office reopens those in other locations will work remotely.All interns must be able to work during regular business hours (9 a.m. ![]() Specific work hours are flexible, but interns are expected to work three or four days per week. Norton are paid $15 per hour and work a maximum of 20 hours weekly. Internships provide valuable hands-on experience with the day-to-day business of bookmaking, as well as opportunities to network with employees at the company and with fellow interns who frequently go on to become colleagues in the field. Norton & Company’s three-month spring internship program (February-April) is designed to introduce motivated college students and recent graduates to publishing and to Norton.
